THE TEAM

VISION

We are a Youth Ministry practicing the way of Jesus together, in Southern California.

Our Core Values

1. Living God’s Word:

Learning, loving, and living God’s Word is life-transforming.

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” (2 Timothy 3:16-17 NIV)

2. Intimacy with God:

God desires an intimate relationship with each of us.

“Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.” (John 15:4 NIV)

3. Supernaturally Natural:

God does miracles, and He enables us through the Holy Spirit to bring His power into situations by His grace through prayer.

“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind,
to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.” (Luke 4:18-19 NIV)

4. Relevant Environments:

Every environment should be designed to effectively connect with its target audience.

“Come and see a man who told me everything I ever did! Could he possibly be the Messiah [the Christ]?” (John 4:29 NLT)

 5. Bringing People Home:

As God draws all men unto Himself, He calls us to love His sons and daughters who do not walk with Him and to welcome them back home.

“Then Jesus came to them and said, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.’” (Matthew 28:18-20 NIV)

 6. Authentic Community:

Accountability, belonging, care, and spiritual growth happen best with relationally connected believers.

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” (Hebrews 10:24-25 NIV)

7. Good Times:

We laugh hard, joke often, and enjoy life because there’s nothing more fun than serving God!

“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” (John 10:10 NIV)

 8. Love in Action:

We unconditionally love others through generous giving, selfless serving, and fighting for justice.

“Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.” (1 John 3:18 NIV)

9. Building Leaders:

We build servant leaders to excel in their gifts and live with integrity in order to revolutionize the world around them.

“And David shepherded them with integrity of heart; with skillful hands he led them.” (Psalm 78:72 NIV)

 10. Passionate About The Cause:

The local church is the hope of the world; it is an honor to sacrifice for Christ, His Church, and His Cause.

“I will build my church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it.” (Matthew 16:18b NLT)
